Prime location to all business and tourists spots.
Could have advised about discounted parking on the Website. Did not appreciate the bond to be paid -- seems necessary but downgrades 'trust' in customers.

Aarons offered an affordable rate in a location that suited our travel purposes. We had travelled to Sydney to board a P&O cruise in the morning. Needed something basic without adding much to the overall cost of the holiday.

I ate at a fantastic restaurant for breakfast or parking. It had an electric kettle and a refrigerator, yet the views were not so nice.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Last time we stopped we had an air conditioned, pet-friendly room with 4 beds.

The hotel is clean.
We encountered unfriendly staff who seemed disinterested in helping us. When we requested an early check-in due to my husband's condition, the response was brusque and dismissive. It was annoying to see others being attended to while we were left waiting and ignored. The room was poorly designed, with insufficient power outlets making it difficult to use our devices.

Location to George St, Ability to have lots of people in a room, did not have to share beds.
Shower head was in a terrible position, you have to be very very short to stand under it, A little more thought by the builder/plumber could have changed this one sore point.

Location Location
Single bed too soft felt like I was going to fall out of it. House keeping straightened out the top sheet and blanket only, waste of time making it at all. Other guests running around in the hall way after 10pm. Fridge froze our milk.

I loved being just a few steps from the Powerhouse Museum and only a leisurely stroll away from the Royal Botanic Gardens. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I thought it was not worth the money we paid for. Room was very small and everything was cramped. You had tea/coffee, kettle, but you did not even leave a spoon to stir my coffee/tea with! Some places leave a biscuit, your hotel had nothing. The only good thing about this hotel is the fact that it is close to shops, businesses in the city.
No full tea/coffee facilities, not much of service.

Great location, decent rate.
Nothing to cook with. A stove, pot and sink would have been nice so we could have cooked some noodles. The TV remote was held together by sticky tape and the sliding bathroom door didn't seem to be attached to anything at the bottom, it could easily be pushed outwards.

Request a room on a higher floor for quieter surroundings and better views of the city.

My favourite property in Sydney. Generous and gorgeous breakfast with cheap food. Location very close to the local shopping centre, Close to transport and Darling Harbour and China Town. Nearby Menya Noodle Bar - great place to chill out.
Rubbish in the room.

I loved staying in the Ultimo Queen Room for 3 nights, especially the comfy bed and the fabulous shower. I took advantage of the relaxing rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the odd step down to where I kept my luggage — I kept tripping, so watch your step! 😊
